When you book a session with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

1-A non refundable retainer will be required to book a session, even if it is a free session. This retainer will be applied to the total cost of your session. The retainer is not refundable.

2-The Photographer is not responsible for lost photo opportunities due to other cameras or flashes, the lateness of the clients or -other principles. 

3-The parents are responsible if any damage is made to the equipment by a child or dog.

4-Copyright: Possession of and copyright to all products shall remain with the Photographer until client has paid in full. All photos are copyrighted. The digital images created by the Photographer and/or subcontractor(s) remain the property of the Photographer. Images post online must have written credit to the Photographer.  The client understands the images given cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet must be acknowledged as images by the Photographer.

5-Permission is hereby granted to the Photographer to use any images created for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, contests, and any other purpose. The Photographer retains the copyright to all images produced by the Photographer and/or the Photographer's subcontractors. If a client does not what his(her) images used by the photographer online, it is the client responsibility to communicate his(her) wish before or at the very beginning of the session.

6-The Photographer cannot be held responsible for damage to Garments due to environmental events. 

7-Images are edited at the Photographer's discretion. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards. The Photographer does not provide additional photography sessions, discount or reimbursement in the event the client is dissatisfied with her/his appearance in the final images.

8-If after 30 days a client has not chosen his(hers) favorite images for editing, without contacting the photographer. The client forfeit their choosing privilege and the photographer will choose the images for the client.

9-We do not sell RAW or unedited digital images
