Hi, I’m Mélissa Larocque, a multiple-time award-winning photographer and the heart behind Larocque Photography.

What started as a passion for capturing the special moments of my own life has grown into a photography business dedicated to celebrating yours. As a mom of three busy boys, I understand just how quickly life moves—and how meaningful it is to preserve those little moments, milestones, and memories that become priceless over time.

At Larocque Photography, we believe professional photography should be more than beautiful images. It should be a fun, comfortable, and memorable experience for you and your family. I feel incredibly privileged to witness families celebrate, grow, and create memories together, and it’s that connection with people that continues to inspire everything we do.

I’m also fortunate to have my husband by my side. While photography is at the heart of what we do, he brings his expertise in IT and technology to help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. He also shares a passion for landscape photography and has had the opportunity to showcase the beauty of our region through features on CTV and CBC News Ottawa.

Together, we are a fully bilingual photography team committed to providing high-quality photography, beautiful products, and thoughtful design to families, couples, and organizations throughout the Ottawa area.
